The SM-studio is located at 83022 Rosenheim in the Gießereistraße 16 at ground floor. From the outside it is easy to recognise by the white shop-window covers. The entrance is between the white covers. Please, simply take in hand the handle and enter. We have no bell, so you can immediately go in, and must not wait in front of the door. (Discretion is important to us)

Coming from the A8 München-Salzburg.

Use the exit Rosenheim wherefrom you, by using the B15, reach directly on the Kufsteinerstraße. About 100 meters, after the railway underpass, you come to a crossroad at which you adjust yourselves on the left and turn into Gießereistraße. Shortly before the Kathrein-training building, on the right side, you will find the Domina-Studio.

Journey about the B15, coming from Wasserburg-Landshut.

Drive about Westerndorf-St. Peter straight ahead in the direction of highway A8. Over the Westerndorfer Straße and Hubertusstraße you come to the so-called bridge mountain (Brückenberg), a railway overpass. There you turn left into the Münchener Straße in the direction of city centre. At the next crossroad you turn to the right into Luitpoldstraße. Straight ahead, over the railway station crossroad, you come to the Gießereistraße where you find us lefthands, after the Kathrein-training building.

Directions from Traunstein, Bad Endorf and Prien am Chiemsee.

Over the Staatsstraße 2362 you come along the Salzburger Straße at the Inn bridge, on which you turn into the Innstraße. At the next crossroad you turn left in the Chiemseestraße and drive past the outdoor swimming pool in the direction of the TÜV, up to the next crossroad at which you bend to the right in the Innsbrucker Straße. After about 100 meters, on the next traffic light at the ice stadium, you must turn left into the Brianconstraße. At the following crossroad you keep to the right left-hand turn lane, because immediately after turning left you must bending right into Gießereistraße. Shortly before the Kathrein training building on the right side you will find the SM-Studio.

Coming from Bad Aibling and Kolbermoor.

From Bad Aibling coming you turn from the Staatsstraße 2078 at Kolbermoor in the Äußere Münchener Straße. Stay at this Road until you cross at the so-called bridge mountain (Brückenberg) the railway of the DB. Further straight-delivering you come on the Münchener Straße from where, at the next crossing, you have to turn right in the Luitpoldstraße. You come than, straight ahead about the railway station crossroad, to the Gießereistraße where you find us in approx. 500 metres on the left side after the Kathrein-training building.
